edited by Indiana University NWB project team, is mainly aimed to collect ISI data cleaning procedures and network analisys tools.

This list of algorithms is divided into two sections.

The first section contains only the algorithms currently available, organized with the same structure as the menus in the Network Workbench (NWB) Tool.

The second section was designed at the beginning of the Network Workbench project to be a comprehensive list of the algorithms used by Network Scientists, organized and categorized in a way which is more natural for how Network Scientists think.
