Due to the incumbing GDPR start date, and the high number of natural persons that PATSTAT includes, it is a non trivial question whether this new ediction has a reduced number of addresses for person_ids in TLS206.
I made some comparison vs 2017b version and apparently changes are minimal; below a table with the ratio of missing address and missing country, between 2017b and 2018a.
